- Any item returned must not be worn, scratched, damaged, altered, custom sized or engraved.
- Custom, sized or special orders are non-returnable or eligible for return. Any item that is not in stock is a special order. All sale items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
- Please contact us at info@Laurenk.com to obtain a return authorization number and return shipping address. We will not accept shipments without an authorization number clearly written on the front of package.
- Merchandise should be sent via insured mail for the full amount of the package with a tracking number and signature required. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We do not accept COD packages.
