Any item returned must not be worn, scratched, damaged, altered, custom sized or engraved.
Custom, sized or special orders are non-returnable or eligible for return. Any item that is not in stock is a special order. All sale items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
Please contact us at info@Laurenk.com to obtain a return authorization number and return shipping address. We will not accept shipments without an authorization number clearly written on the front of package.
Merchandise should be sent via insured mail for the full amount of the package with a tracking number and signature required. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We do not accept COD packages.
